FLAME PROOF GOODS LIFT

The "MEEKA" Flame proof power travel hoists are manufactured in accordance with IS 3968 duty incorporating Flame Proof Electrical components confirming to IS 2148. All the electrical componenets shall be provided with necessary Manufactures, C.M.R.S. Certificate as per standard procedure particulars for the Electrical components are as under.

Motors

C.M.R.S. Approved "BHARAT BUJLLE" or equivalent make flame proof motors confirming to IS 325 shall be used in "MEEKA" make flame proff electrical wire rope hoist. Manufacturers test certificate shall be furnished to the client if desired. Hoist can be provided with any other make of motor, however delivery shall be subject to availability for the same.

Push Button Station

EX - PROTECTA, EX-P-Lighting or equivalent make of Push Button station shall be provided. The push button elements shall be of reputed make and as per the manufacturer's standard. However make of the components shall be confirmed with the client if required.  THe push button station shall have control push button for each motion and one Emergency OFF push button.

Limit Switch

 "MEEKA" Cage hoist arrangement shall be provided with "MICRO" make flame proof limit switches for highest and lowest cage position, Gang Switch for intermediate floor level control and "EX- Protecta" or "EX-P-LIGHTING" make long lever type flame proof for ground floor and top floor. For Emergency control equivalent make flame proof Gravity limit switch shall be used, which will cut off the supply of two phase to the main contractor. The quantity of limit switch will depend on total numbers of floor for which the lift is going to be used. All the makes of limit switches will have C.M.R.S. approval.

DOOR Lock

 "MEEKA" make door lock assembly consisting of Aluminum enclosure with "FEPL" make Flame Proof Limit Switch to provide Electro Mechanical interlock, shall be used as a standard feature in all MEEKA Flame Proof Cage hoist arrangement. C.M.R.S. Certificate shall be provided

BRAKE

Electo Magnetic Shoe type Bharatia Cuttler Hamer make Brake with "MICRO" Flame Proof enclosure shall be used in all "MEEKA" make Flame proof Hoist as a standard supply or we shall use Electro Hydraulic Thruster type Brake of ELECTROMAG / PETHE with Flame Proof Enclosure.

GLAND 

EX-PROTACTA / EX-PLIGHTING / FFPL or equivalent make Double Compressure Gland.

CABLE

Complete winning shall bve done with ARMOURED CABLE " NAKODA" or equivalent make
