Job Description

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Understand customer technical requirement and give them right solution.
  • Prepare sales offer.
  • Make regular follow-up .
  • Negotiating on price, with buyers and managers.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Follow -up to the party regarding pending payment.
  • Reporting physically/ by call daily in the Morning & evening.
  • Attained review meeting and weekly reporting on every Sunday.
  • Should have knowledge of ERP, its functionality and concept.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹18,000.00 /month
